The story
The Farmall M was a large three-plough row-crop tractor and part of International Harvester's letter series. It replaced the Farmall F-30 in 1939.
The original M used International Harvester's C248 four-cylinder petrol engine. Over the years the design was updated and renamed several times, including the MD, Super M, Super MD and Super M-TA, though the basic tractor changed very little.
All versions had left production by 1954, when the Farmall 400 took over. The 400 was really the same machine with new bodywork.
No Farmall M listings yet. Dealers and private sellers will be able to list them here soon.
